In the pop-up notification click on open Microsoft store to download and install hp smart app on your PC

From the Microsoft store results click on HP smart app
On the HP smart page in the Microsoft store, click on install to download the HP smart app setup installer.
Let the app finish installing, then click on Launch HP smart app.
Click on add printer, Make sure your HP printer and Pc are connected to same network
